Asher Fair

Asher has been with FanSided since Feb. 2017, primarily covering motorsport – NASCAR, IndyCar, and F1 – for Beyond the Flag. He became an officially accredited media member in Sep. 2019 and was hired as Junior Editor in Oct. 2020. Following a promotion to Associate Editor in Jul. 2021, he continues to manage the site and also occasionally contributes on FanSided's NFL and NCAA sites.

Braulio Perez

Braulio Perez is an NCAA Content Director for FanSided, joining Minute Media in 2017 after 2.5 years at the Newark Star-Ledger as a high school sports reporter and 2.5 years at the Lynden Tribune as sports editor. While with the Lynden Tribune, Perez was named the Sports Writer of the Year in 2012 for his division by the Washington Newspaper Publishers Association. At the Star-Ledger, he also assisted in coverage of college football recruiting. Perez's focus has been on college football recruiting, high school sports, the NFL, NCAA and English Premier League. He is also a regular contributor for 247Sports' Cougfan.com.

Ericka Brockish is a national college sports writer for FanSided, and has been covering football, basketball, and other sports for five years. She is a University of Central Florida graduate with a degree in Journalism and a minor in Sports Business Management.

Josh Yourish

Josh Yourish is a national college sports writer for FanSided covering football and basketball. Josh is a college football awards voter, FWAA, and USBWAA member, who has been covering both sports for two years. Prior to his current role, Josh spent two years as a sports betting writer for Minute Media, with a specialty in college football and college basketball. He is a graduate of George Mason University and a Pittsburgh native.

Sam Fariss

Sam Fariss is a staff writer for our NCAA team. She attended the University of Oregon (Go Ducks) where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Sam has covered college football and other collegiate sports for six years now. Her favorite teams are the Ducks (of course) and the Texas Longhorns because she was raised in Austin.

Scott Mitchell

Scott Mitchell has been covering the Long Island Nets since the start of the 2024-25 season both on NetsDaily and live-tweeting along with the games (@Scott44Mitchell). When he's not covering the Nets, he also covers professional wrestling, the New York Jets, and his favorite college sports team, Penn State. Scott became a Penn State fan at an early age, following some of the greatest who came through Happy Valley and Beaver Stadium.

Sydney Ciano

Sydney is FanSided's Site Expert at Victory Bell Rings covering all things Penn State. She is also a Seasonal Associate Writer for the Buffalo Bills. During her undergrad, Sydney previously reported on UMass football and hockey for The Massachusetts Daily Collegian. She has additional bylines with Athlon Sports, New England Football Journal, and Revere Journal.
