7. Jim Harbaugh – Michigan Wolverines 

The seat under Jim Harbaugh seems to finally officially be hot, despite the head coach signing an extension with the school this offseason.

The contract allows Michigan to get out of the deal after each season and is incentive laden, a low risk high reward. Harbaugh has been steady since his arrival in the Big Ten, but is yet to really win anything of significance in Ann Arbor.

Most will be quick to point to his inability to beat Ohio State, however smaller hurdles like even getting to Indianapolis for a conference championship game, winning a bowl game or beating Penn State Football who they have lost three out of the last four to.

Their success in recruiting makes the lack of winning even more damning for Harbaugh.
