11. Scott Frost – Nebraska Cornhuskers

Frost was seen as the savior by the fanbase after he returned to Lincoln after coaching UCF to  a perfect season in 2017.

It has not gone the way most hoped for the Huskers since his arrival though, as they have mustered only a 12-20 record overall and 9-17 in conference play over the last three seasons. Frost was supposed to get them to a Rose Bowl, instead they have yet to go bowling at all as 5-7 is the high water mark through his first three seasons.

He has done a nice job recruiting at Nebraska, which makes the on-field product even more puzzling for Frost. Year three is usually the year we see a turn around, and due to Covid-19 he gets a pass, but year four is put up or shut up for Frost.

Anything short of 6-6 and the seat is starting to get hot under Nebraska’s golden child.
