Once again a projection to the Duke’s Mayo Bowl as the conference tie-ins feature the Big Ten vs ACC. Different opponent though however, this time the 23rd ranked NC State Wolfpack. NC State finished the season 8-3 and on a four game winning streak. The Wolfpack are probably the best opponent of any of the projections, and at potentially 4-5 the opportunity to play a ranked ACC team is an intriguing one for Penn State football.
