Indiana -7 vs Michigan State

Indiana’s dream season marches on after routing Michigan 38-21 at home on Saturday.

The Hoosiers were the only winner we had last week, and I won’t stop backing the Hoosiers in this spot.

Michigan State has been tough to figure out, following up a road win at Michigan with an ugly 49-7 loss to winless Iowa Saturday. Spartans quarterback Rocky Lombardi was 17-37, throwing another three interceptions.

This Indiana defense is starting to come into its own, as they made life tough on Michigan Saturday, which leads me to believe it will be more of the same against the Spartan this week.

Indiana quarterback Michael Pennix jr had a huge day against the Wolverines secondary, throwing for 342 yards and three touchdowns. The Hoosiers offense put up 460 yards while not turning the ball over, a recipe for success.

The Hoosiers have only turned the ball over once this year, leading to a plus-seven turnover margin. Indiana will force Spartans quarterback Rocky Lombardi into mistakes early and often, and put up to many points for Michigan State to contend with. The dream season in Bloomington rolls on, Hoosiers 35-10.

The Pick: Indiana -7
