He's sparked interest from rising high school seniors, like five-star Kemon Spell and four-star Khalil Taylor. Next on Campbell's list is a five-star interior offensive lineman out of Pennsylvania, Maxwell Hiller.

Steve Wiltfong of On3 reported that Penn State is piquing Hiller's interest. Hiller is the No. 1 interior offensive lineman from his class and No. 2 recruit out of the state, according to 247Sports Composite rankings. Even more impressive is not only do the Nittany Lions have traction with yet another five-star, blue chip recruit, but they are moving along well with a top 10 recruit in the country.

As expected, Hiller has interest from a surplus of schools, including South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio State, Oregon, and Miami. So, it won't be an easy path landing the young talent.

Hiller took multiple visits throughout his recruitment. Penn State was the first school that extended an offer and was also the first campus he took an unofficial visit to. Since 2024, he visited the Nittany Lions 11 times. His last visit was on Sept. 27, 2025. Aside from Penn State, Hiller also visited Oklahoma, Missouri, South Carolina, Alabama, and Tennessee. All visits up to this point have been unofficial. He has an official visit set up with the Gamecocks for June 19.

The Coatesville, Penn. native can also act as an interior defensive lineman, per Gabe Brooks' 247Sports scouting report. He wrote that Hiller has impressive agility on both sides of the ball. On offense, specifically, Brooks sees Hiller as "an elite guard" while also showing traits of playing at tackle if need be both in college and at the professional level. He also predicts the five-star talent being an early round NFL Draft pick when his time comes around.

Hiller's brother, Colton Hiller, is a 2028 prospect for basketball. So far, both Penn State and Kansas State extended early offers to Colton Hiller. Despite being in different sports, it can be a benefit for the Nittany Lions with both brothers expressing interest in their programs and potentially opting for Happy Valley.
