Week 4 for the NFL kicked off with a 23-20 win for the Seattle Seahawks over the Arizona Cardinals on Thursday. Ahead of Sunday's slate of games, teams released their injury reports and practice statuses. Seven former Penn State football players were listed.

Injury reports and game statuses for Chris Godwin Jr., Micah Parsons, Rasheed Walker, Theo Johnson, Joey Porter Jr., Yetur Gross-Matos, and Kevin Winston Jr. here:

Chris Godwin Jr. QUESTIONABLE against Philadelphia Eagles

The wide receiver was ruled out for the first three weeks of the season due to a second surgery he received on his ankle to tighten hardware. His expected return date was Week 6 or 7 for Tampa Bay. With the progress he made, though, Godwin Jr. was officially listed as questionable heading into Sunday's 1 p.m. game against Philadelphia. According to the report, the former Penn State wideout played in full on Wednesday and Friday, sitting out on Thursday.

Micah Parsons NOT LISTED against Dallas Cowboys

The defensive lineman is returning to Dallas for Sunday Night Football in Week 4. This time, Parsons comes in as the opponent, facing his former team for the first time since the Cowboys traded him away to the Green Bay Packers. He was dealing with a back aggravation during the offseason throughout the contract debacle, but has since played for the Packers each week. While he was limited in practice all three days during the week and the report does not list his game status, Parsons will more than likely suit up on Sunday night in the green and yellow to face his former blue and white teammates.

Rasheed Walker NOT LISTED against Dallas Cowboys

Walker's status was also not listed in regards to his availability in facing the Cowboys on Sunday. The left tackle was dealing with a quadricep injury that limited him in practice on Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday, Walker practiced in full and was taken off the injury report for the upcoming game.

Theo Johnson NOT LISTED against Los Angeles Chargers

The New York Giant does not have agame status listed on the injury report for Sunday's 1 p.m. game against the Chargers, Johnson had a toe injury and was sidelined completely on Wednesday. The last two days of practice, the tight end was limited and he eventually got the green light. His injury being specific to his toe was also good news as Johnson came off a Lisfranc surgery on his foot that he received in December.

Joey Porter Jr. QUESTIONABLE against Minnesota Vikings

Porter Jr. is still recovering from a hamstring injury, but was deemed questionable for Sunday morning's 9:30 a.m. match for the Steelers. He was limited in practice all week. In Week 2, the cornerback sustained the injury and has not returned to the field. If he plays against Minnesota, his snap count will be limited, but there's also a chance that he will be inactive completely.

Yetur Gross-Matos NOT LISTED against Jacksonville Jaguars

Gross-Matos was limited on Thursday in practice and did not play on Wednesday or Friday for the 49ers. His knee injury and practice statuses, though, didn't rule him questionable, doubtful, or out for Sunday's game at 4:05 p.m. against Jacksonville. The defensive lineman came off the injury report in Week 3, so it is likely he takes the field at home.

Kevin Winston Jr. DOUBTFUL against Houston Texans

Winston Jr. is a familiar face to the Tennessee injury report, and Week 4 is no different. Like in Week 3, the safety was listed as doubtful heading into the 1 p.m. game on Sunday against Houston. Winston Jr. was limited in practice all week for the Titans due to his hamstring injury.
