We are roughly four and a half months away from the 2023 Penn State football season. As we know, the 2023 schedule has been released; however, the game themes have not been made public yet.

After Jahan Dotson was shown on the jumbotron during the Blue-White game with the official 2023 whiteout t-shirt on, it made me think about who will Penn State’s opponent be in this year’s whiteout?
