Penn State Football will look to keep the momentum from the 2023 recruiting cycle going in 2024.

The 2023 recruiting cycle is officially over for Penn State Football, and it was a good one for the Nittany Lions to say the least.

Penn State signed 23 recruits with 18 of them being a 4-star or better. That resulted in the Nittany Lions having the No. 13 class in the nation and the No. 2 class in the Big Ten.

With that said, there’s still a few recruitments that most Penn State Football fans wished ended differently. There will be the ‘one that got away’ every recruiting cycle, it’s just how recruiting is, things never go as planned.

Here’s a look at a few regrets from the 2023 recruiting cycle.
