The Penn State football White Out game is always one of the top destinations for recruits every season.

Penn State football will host Minnesota this Saturday under the lights in the annual White Out game.

While the Nittany Lions could certainly use the win on the field, a win could also lead to success on the recruiting trail. The White Out brings out dozens of the top recruits from all over the country. It is Penn State’s biggest recruiting event each year.

Penn State football currently has the No. 12 recruiting class in 2023 and has 4-star OL Cooper Cousins committed in 2024. The vast majority of the 2023 class, along with Cousins, are expected to attend the game.

With the 2023 class containing 20 commits and most of the remaining targets committed to other schools, there won’t be many recruits from this cycle in attendance. That is usually the case each year because of how late in the cycle the White Out happens.

Instead, the focus goes on the junior and sophomore classes, in this case being the 2024 and 2025 cycles.

Let’s take a look at some of the top recruits in the country who have publicly stated their intentions to attend the game this Saturday.
