WR Tyseer Denmark

Penn State football is struggling to recruit wide receivers in the 2023 class, but the 2024 cycle could make up for that.

A big way to do that would be to land 4-star Tyseer Denmark from Philadelphia. Considered one of the nation’s best, Denmark is rated as the No. 13 wide receiver in the 2024 cycle.

His offer sheet is as good as it gets. He currently has 32 offers with the likes of Alabama, Ohio State, Georgia, USC, Texas A&M, Michigan, Notre Dame and Oregon all involved. Needless to say, this will be a difficult recruitment for Penn State to win.

Regardless, it’s a recruitment the Nittany Lions need to put their best foot forward in. Penn State needs to keep accumulating talented offensive weapons if it wants to keep up with the likes of Ohio State, and eventually USC, in the Big Ten.

After a couple bad whiffs in 2023, a big splash like this seems necessary for the wide receiver unit.
