1. RB coach Ja’Juan Seider

Ja’Juan Seider is Penn State Football’s recruiting ace and for good reason.

The running backs coach not only handles his position group, but the whole state of Florida.

Since arriving after the 2017 season, Seider has been a wizard for the Nittany Lions. He has landed a 5-star running back in Nick Singleton, along with five 4-stars in Devyn Ford, Noah Cain, Keyvone Lee, Caziah Holmes and Kaytron Allen.

Some of the Florida recruitments that Seider helped Penn State win include: 2022 4-star DT Zane Durant, 2019 4-star WR John Dunmore, 2022 4-star CB Cam Miller and 2023 3-star S Conrad Hussey.

When Tyler Bowen left for the NFL after the 2020 season, Seider picked up some of the slack in Virginia, which was Bowen’s main region. Recently, Seider’s work in Virginia has paid off as he was involved in the recruitments on Alex Birchmeier and 4-star ATH Mathias Barnwell in the 2023 class.

Seider lands big-time recruits and he does it all across the East Coast. Penn State has not lost many running back recruiting battles under Seider and expect that to continue for years to come.

Look for Seider to continue his work in the 2023 cycle, as Penn State is in the thick of it for numerus Florida recruits and they still don’t have a running back committed.
