Penn State Football true freshman QB – Drew Allar

The case for Drew Allar is really quite simple.

Allar most likely has the highest upside in terms of physical abilities such as arm talent, than any other quarterback in the room.

The question is, can he make enough strides in some other facets of his game from now until September to beat out Veilleux and Pribula for the backup role?

If the former five-star prospect is in fact able to quickly make some of these improvements and adjustments to the college game over the next few months, it would almost be a no-brainer to have the true freshman, with a rocket for an arm, to be solidified as Sean Clifford’s backup to begin the season.
