Adisa Isaac – Defensive End

Isaac is the forgotten man in this Penn State Football defense after missing the entire 2021 season after suffering an injury in training camp.

The Brooklyn native was in line to start at defensive end this past season opposite Arnold Ebiketie which would have made for a menacing duo. If he is back and fully healthy, which he should be, he should be a pass-rushing force for Manny Diaz next season.

In 2020 Isaac tallied 13 tackles, one and a half tackles for loss and one and a half sacks in limited duties mostly seeing the field in true pass rushing downs as a rotational player behind the likes of Odafe Oweh and Shaka Toney, two guys playing on Sundays right now.

Listed at six-foot-four and 244 pounds he is a prototype edge rusher, and although he is somewhat slim, is a twitchy athlete who can get to the quarterback.

Health will be the big key for him going into next season, however, if he is he may be the biggest x-factor for the Penn State Football defense.
