Penn State Football’s highly coveted signees, No. 1 QB Drew Allar, and No. 1 ranked running back Nick Singleton are turning heads at the Army All American game practices

Before officially becoming members of the Penn State Football team, quarterback Drew Allar, running back Nick Singleton, linebacker Keon Wylie and defensive end Dani Dennis-Sutton have one last opportunity to showcase their talents at the Army All-American game in San Antonio on Saturday.

While the game is still a few days away, practice got underway on Tuesday and three of the future Nittany Lions have been standing out to those in attendance.

The All-American honor caps off an incredible high school career for Singleton, who was named the National Gatorade Player of the Year last month.

Allar and Singleton are currently each ranked No. 1 at their respective positions in the 247 Sports rankings. Their arrival in Happy Valley marks the first time Penn State Football has signed a 5-star quarterback and a 5-star running back in the same class.

While Singleton has been a highly regarded recruit for years, Allar has seen his stock skyrocket over the past year, going from a 3-star to the No. 3 player in the entire country.

Dennis-Sutton is the defensive jewel of Penn State’s 2022 class, which currently ranks sixth in the national rankings. His commitment is considered one of, if not the best, recruiting victories for James Franklin because he plays a position of need and his other two finalists were Alabama and Georgia, who will play for the national championship on Monday.
