By Andrew Adair
The 2021 Early Signing Period begins December 15th and here is a list of the top recruits that remain uncommitted
The early signing period is upon us, and Penn State Football is in the midst of assembling one of the nation’s highest-ranking classes.
Since the inception of the Early signing period in 2017, this week will prove to be chaotic and shape the near future of college football.
For those that do not know, the early signing period is when recruits sign their national letter of intent. This makes their commitment to their university official. At the time of this writing below is a list of the top recruits that remain uncommitted. (All rankings courtesy of 247 Sports)

Penn State Early Signing Period
A successful early signing period for Penn State Football will be relatively quiet.
The class that Penn State is bringing in has been pretty set since September. The goal will be to get all 25 players to sign during this period, locking them into Penn State.
The class currently consists of one five-star recruit(QB Drew Allar), 15 four-star recruits, and nine three-star recruits. If the class stays as currently constructed, it will be one of Penn States’ best classes ever.
