157 No. 2 Ryan Deakin
165 No. 23 David Ferrante
174 No. 20 Troy Fisher
285 No. 16 Lucas Davison

The team shuffling continues as Northwestern moves up a spot to No. 8 in this edition of the power rankings.

The Wildcats’ only action of the year took place in, you guessed it, the Michigan State Open on November 6th. And it was a fantastic showing for NU as they crowned two champions in the open division, Tory Fisher (174) and Lucas Davison (285). The Wildcats also saw two grapplers make it to the semi-finals, however they were unable to punch their tickets to the finals.

Northwestern did have a home dual scheduled against the Big Ten’s favorite non-conference punching bag SIUE on November 13th, however due to an abundance of caution the dual meet was postponed.

The Wildcats are next scheduled to participate in the Cliff Kleen Las Vegas Invitational on December 3rd and 4th.
