VictoryBellRings: Outback Bowl

January 1st, Tampa Bay FL

Opponent: Kentucky

Penn State Football will need to win their remaining two games and even get some help to get to the Outback Bowl, but we believe the Nittany Lions will upset the Spartans next week making this their destination.

A matchup with Kentucky and former Nittany Lion quarterback Will Levis just feels inevitable this bowl season, especially with the controversy over backup quarterbacks in Happy Valley that more than likely cost than two games this season.

Penn State Football fell to Kentucky in 2018 in the Citrus Bowl on New Years Day.

Kentucky is a physical team that runs for over 200 yards a game, utilizing Levis’ legs. It would be a unique matchup pinning a college football blue blood against a college basketball blue blood.
