Penn State Football looks to get their third consecutive win over MichiganSaturday, as well as virtually eliminating them from playoff contention and a chance to play for a B1G championship.

Penn State Football needs great performances from their best player on each side of the ball, and the Nittany Lions also need their best running back (statistically) to have a good game, Saturday against the Michigan Wolverines.

The Wolverines’ defensive front is among the best in the country, so Penn State Football’s offensive line needs to have their best performance of the season.

These are the 6 players that need to step up and have big games for Penn State Football, as they return home for the first time in three weeks:

Penn State Football offensive tackles – Rasheed Walker & Caedan Wallace

Michigan may have the best defensive end duo in the country with Aidan Hutchinson and David Ojabo.

Hutchinson is one of the top edge rush prospects for the upcoming NFL Draft, and the senior has 6 sacks so far on the season. His counterpart in Ojabo has a very impressive eight sacks so far through nine games.

Penn State Football’s offense obviously runs through Jahan Dotson, but Sean Clifford needs to have time to get the ball to number five.

While the offensive line has been sub-par all year, the tackles themselves have been up and down. They both certainly have potential, and Rasheed Walker was even one of the top NFL draft prospects at his position prior to the season.

Walker and Caedan Wallace will have to have their best performance of the year in pass protection, and they must do a good job of sealing the edge on outside zone runs too.
