Penn State Football LB – Ellis Brooks

Ellis Brooks was excellent in Week 1 against Wisconsin, tallying 11 tackles, including a sack.

However, he was ejected for targeting in the fourth quarter, causing him to miss the first half of last week’s game.

As a result, Brooks did not play much at all against Ball State, as the Nittany Lions had already built a comfortable lead by the time he was eligible to play in the third quarter. Brooks only had one tackle in week two.

So, because he did not play many snaps at all last week, Ellis Brooks should be well rested and ready to fly all over the field on Saturday night. Auburn has a great running game, and Brooks was great in run support in week one. If Brooks can replicate his week one performance, it will be a long night for the Auburn offense.
