4. Wide Receiver 3?

This question is also pretty simple.

All Penn State Football fans know Jahan Dotson is one of the best receivers in the country, so he is the clear number one target. Parker Washington had a tremendous season last year as a true freshman, and he will more than likely be the number two option.

However, who is number three?

KeAndre Lambert-Smith, who showed a few flashes as a freshman last season, probably has the highest upside of the rest of the receivers behind Dotson and Washington.

Although, there are some other guys at that position who have been around for awhile and should get an opportunity as well. Daniel George and Cam Sullivan-Brown are those guys. Marquis Wilson will also probably get his shot to prove himself at the wide receiver position after moving over from the defensive side of the ball.

Some other names worth mentioning are Malick Meiga, Winston Eubanks, Norval Black, and Liam Clifford. More than likely none of these guys will break out and find themselves in the starting lineup at any point this season, but at a position where there is naturally a lot of substituting throughout drives and games, most of these guys should see some relevant game action to show what they can do.
