5. Noah Cain’s Health

This one is pretty self explanatory … Can Noah Cain finally stay healthy?

If he does, he will be the premier back in a loaded running back room.

As a true freshman in 2019, Cain broke Saquon Barkley’s freshman touchdown record, despite missing most of the second half of the regular season. Again in 2020, Cain went down on the Lions’ opening drive of the season against Indiana and never returned.

Seeing pictures and videos of Cain in summer workouts and preseason camp, he looks like he is in incredible shape and he his ready to go. However, can he stay healthy once he starts getting tackled by opposing defenders on a weekly bases in September?
