ESPN recently released  the kick off time for the Nittany Lions week three  battle with Auburn which will take place in prime time at 7:30pm on ABC. It got us thinking, when will the other 11 games kickoff?

Earlier this week ESPN announced that Penn State Football’s Week 3 non conference clash with the Auburn Tigers will take center stage as the ABC prime time game, set for a 7:30pm kickoff time at Beaver Stadium.

Presumably, this will be the “white out” game next fall, as the other somewhat obvious choice would be the Michigan game that takes place in November. With how things are trending, this could be a sold out, 110k plus crowd, and a welcomed sign of normalcy for all of us.

Penn State Football’s schedule is chalk full of big games, at least on paper, so this might not be the only prime time game on the ledger for this team, however we have seen a shift in college football where not all big games kick off at night, especially with the introduction of FOX’s “Big Noon Kickoff” where we have seen a number of high profile games kick off at Noon.

With The Auburn game set for prime time, it got us thinking about what time and channel the other 11 games might be scheduled for.

Here is our prediction for kickoff times and channels for next fall’s Penn State Football schedule:

Week 1 – At Wisconsin

This is as big a season opening game as Penn State Football has played in some time, and originally this looked like one pegged for prime time, but the national college football schedule for week 1 is LOADED.

ESPN already announced the Saturday, Sunday and Monday Labor Day Game for that weekend, so we know it won’t be on their network. The ABC prime time game is Clemson-Georgia, which is as big as they get, so I’m thinking networks will want to avoid competing with that one.

Prediction: 3:30pm on FOX Sports 1
