The Pipeline Continues

As mentioned before, Mills attends Lackawanna, a school that has become a pipeline for the Nittany Lions.

Former and current Nittany Lions who attends Lackawanna include: OT Paris Palmer, S Jaquan Brisker, OL Anthony Whigan, WR Norval Black and S Ji’Ayir Brown.

The only notable recruit over the past few seasons to come out of Lackawanna and not attend Penn State was CB De’Jahn Warren in the 2021 class. He picked Jackson State.

The hope is that Mills can help fill in for Brisker after the 2021 season.
