Will Fries — 7th Round PIck (248th overall), Indianapolis Colts

The Indianpolis Colts were expected to take an offensive lineman earlier in the draft so the fact they waited until the seventh-round to draft Fries may help his chances of making the roster.

The second Nittany Lion OL drafted in a row (and third overall), Fries’ versatility across the different positions on the line, perhaps except center, will increase those chances as well.

Fries will likely be competing with Joey Hunt and Danny Pinter for one of the last spots on the depth chart.
