Penn State 2022 Football Recruiting: Who could be next commitment?

The 3-star offensive tackle is a rather new name to Penn State’s target board.

McNeil was offered in the middle of February, and made the trip to Penn State in March to check out the campus.

He still hasn’t met the staff in person, and his ranking increased lately, so he may wait to see if more offers come in before making a decision.

NcNeil’s other offers include Boston College, Rutgers, Duke and Pitt. If the Nittany Lions push, the giant 6 foot 8, 330 pound offensive tackle could be theirs rather quickly.
