Maryland Terrapins

Maryland only played five games last season due to Covid-19 issues and showed promise, especially at quarterback with freshman Taulia Tagovailoa and his connection with freshman wideout Rakim Jarrett.

The Terps face one of the tougher schedules in the Big Ten and their progression in 2021 may not be determined by their win-loss record. They will open the season at home with a non-conference game against West Virginia but will pick up wins against Howard and Kent State.

They will run a gauntlet from October 2nd to Nov 6th when they face Iowa, at Ohio State, at at Minnesota, Indiana and Penn State Football. Swing games with Michigan State, Rutgers and Illinois will determine how ugly their record gets.

Prediction: 3-9
