Penn State Football will look to rebound from a 4-5 season that started with the Nittany Lions ranked inside the top 10 to start the season.

The 2021 schedule may be the toughest in head coach James Franklin‘s tenure as Penn State Football could potentially play six ranked opponents next fall.

Their crossover schedule really could not be tougher as they will travel to Iowa and Wisconsin, the two presumable favorites to take home the Big Ten West crown. A home game with Auburn in week 3 is a monster non-conference matchup for both teams and one the Nittany Lions need to win.

As always, a trip to Columbus on Halloween weekend to clash with the Buckeyes will ultimately determine how far the Nittany Lions will go this season. They must handle business against Indiana, Iowa and Wisconsin to ensure they are in the title race when they head to Ohio.

Last season was more of an outlier then the beginning of a trend, expect Penn State Football to be back in 2021.
