3. Purdue Boilermakers 

The Boilermakers will lose one of the best receivers in the country to the NFL in Rondale Moore, however they still come in near the top of our rankings.

Sophomore David Bell returns for Purdue after hauling in 53 passes for 625 yards and eight touchdowns playing opposite Moore. He will be the focal point of the offense in 2021 and in Jeff Brohm’s pass happy offense he should once again put up big numbers.

Milton Wright is another young wide receiver for Purdue back next fall after catching 24 passes for 305 yards and two scores. The two sophomore form one of the best tandems in the Big Ten and regardless of who wins the quarterback battle the Boilermakers offense will be explosive.
