2. The Defensive End Recruiting will be Fixed

Penn State has had some struggles with recruiting at the defensive end position the past few classes, and as a result, depth at the position has been hurt.

The staff corrected some of this by adding Rodney McGraw and Davon Townley in 2021, but the job is not done.

There are two big fish in Penn State’s back yard at the defensive end position, 5-star Enai White out of Philadelphia and high 4-star Dani Dennis-Sutton from Maryland.

White will be a tough pull, but the Nittany Lions seem to have the inside track with Dennis-Sutton, thanks to the fact that he attends the McDonogh school. Penn State has had great recruiting success with that school in the past.

In addition to the two at the top of the board, Penn State has multiple other targets.

They include 4-stars Joe Strickland, Tyreese Fearbry and Bryson Jennings. In addition to them, other targets are Popeye Williams, Beau Atkinson and Anto Saka.

Dennis-Sutton would be a great start, adding a couple of the other targets would fill out a nice haul for the Nittany Lions. The staff will hold out hope for White after that, but it’s an uphill climb.
