B10 quarterback rankings: How does Penn State Football stack up?
3. Maryland Terrapins
Maryland may be a shock to be this high on the rankings, however, they are where they are because Taulia Tagovailoa is THAT good.
He is not just Tua’s little brother, as Taulia has a game all unto himself as he was one of the conferences best playmakers last season, unfortunately in a very abbreviated season for the Terps.
Despite only playing four games, Tagovailoa passed for 1,011 yards and seven touchdowns while running for two more. His short season was highlighted by an impressive win on the road at Penn State Football where he threw for 282 yards and three touchdowns.
HIs Achilles heel was his seven interceptions in only four games, something he will no doubt have to improve on. However, the Hawaiian has all the intangibles of an elite quarterback, he can throw from the pocket and on the run and is extremely mobile and can burn you with his legs.
