7. Michigan Wolverines 

Michigan just recently landed the big splash of the transfer portal in the Big Ten this offseason when they added former Texas Tech quarterback Alan Bowman out of the transfer portal.

Last season’s opening day starter Joe Milton entered the transfer portal last month, so they had a spot to fill in the quarterback room. Bowman will compete with Cade McNamara who played in two games last season, spurring a comeback against Rutgers and also started in the loss against Penn State Football.

Bowman comes from the air raid attack at Texas Tech where in three injury plagued seasons he passed for passed for over 5,200 yards and 33 touchdowns, but has thrown 17 interceptions with his gunslinger mentality.

This will be one of the biggest quarterback battles to watch this summer.
