Once again back in Arizona as this bowl ties in the Big Ten and Big 12. The opponent according to Athlon Sports is Kansas Sate, who made early season headlines upsetting the then ranked 3rd Oklahoma Sooners. Since then it has been up and down for the Wildcats, finishing the season 4-6 on a ugly five game losing streak. Kansas State is arguably the least exciting of the opponents we’ve seen projected to square off with the Nittany Lions.
