Penn State Football: Grading the Nittany Lions’ Performance at Maryland
By Dylan Burd
The offensive line did a much better job than it did against Pitt, as Sean Clifford had a ton of time to throw the football. Clifford was sacked zero times in the game, and he was only hurried once.
The rushing attack was a success as well, as Penn State tallied 198 yards on 41 attempts. That’s 4.8 yards per carry, which is a substantial number.
The offensive line did have one holding penalty, but not until Penn State was up 38-0. It was a solid day overall for the offensive line.
