Offensive Line

It finally clicked for the offensive line this week. Maybe it was Miles Dieffenbach’s extended playing time, maybe it was Donovan Smith’s return or maybe it was a mixture of both, but whatever it was, it was a beautiful sight to see.

The offensive line dominated the Owls’ front seven, paving the way for over five yards per carry and allowing only two sacks, a huge improvement from previous games. Maybe Temple’s not quite as talented as the Big Ten teams they’ve been battling with, but this was a huge performance from the line, especially after everyone counted them out.

It was a great performance, let’s see if they can keep it up moving forward.
