The 2026 NFL Players Rookie Premiere is scheduled for Thursday, May 14 through Sunday, May 17. Fifty-two rookies who were drafted in the 2026 NFL Draft one week ago were invited to the event, two of whom are former Penn State football players.

Quarterback Drew Allar and running back Nicholas Singleton were drafted on days two and three, respectively of the NFL Draft. Allar was a third-round selection, going No. 76 overall to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Running back Nicholas Singleton was picked up in the fifth round by the Tennessee Titans as the No. 165 overall selection of the draft.

Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reported the list of 52 incoming rookies on Thursday evening.

Allar and Singleton were featured on the list alongside names, such as wide receivers Carnell Tate (Tennessee Titans), KC Concepcion (Cleveland Browns), and Makai Lemon (Philadelphia Eagles), fellow quarterbacks Fernando Mendoza (Las Vegas Raiders) and Ty Simpson (Los Angeles Rams), and fellow running backs Jeremiyah Love (Arizona Cardinals) and Jadarian Price (Seattle Seahawks).

Rookie Premiere is a way to highlight the NFL's next generation of stars, showcasing the top 40-plus rookies to create "one-of-a-kind opportunities for brands looking to build player-driven product and campaigns with the next faces of the sport."

The event always occurs three weeks after the draft over a three-day span, hosted by the NFLPA. This is a union for NFL players that provides rights, protections, and representation to players.

At the Rookie Premiere event, players, sponsors, and partners work together to create content, campaigns, and products. The premiere includes a Fanatics jersey reveal as well as on and off the field content filming opportunities. It supports the NFLPA's goal to protect the players' public image.

In 2025, the Nittany Lions had another duo invited to the event: defensive end Abdul Carter and tight end Tyler Warren. Carter and Warren were both first round picks, going to the New York Giants and Indianapolis Colts, repsectively, in the draft.
