Penn State is preparing for the final five games of the regular season without its leading scorer on the court. Can Mike Rhoades's team go on a run this week to salvage a lost season?

A few weeks ago, Ace Baldwin Jr. carried Penn State to three straight wins without Kanye Clary and the Nittany Lions looked like a real threat in the Big Ten. Now, Penn State has lost three in a row and lost Clary for good. Mike Rhoades’s team is under .500 with March fast approaching, so if he’s going to salvage his first season, his team needs to win both of its games this week.

Luckily for Penn State, both crucial matchups are at home at the Bryce Jordan Center, so with five games left on the regular season schedule, there is hope that the Nittany Lions could get hot again and ride that wave into the Big Ten Tournament.

After Rhoades dismissed Clary from the team, he lost his leading scorer, but gained clarity in the backcourt and likely some levity in the locker room. Will that be enough to give No. 12 Ilinois a scare on Wednesday night, or sweep the season series against Indiana this weekend? We’ll find out, and here’s how you can watch all the action.
