Ranking every Big Ten point guard for the 2024-25 season: Does Ace Baldwin take the top spot?

With an abundance of new faces in the Big Ten due to the transfer portal and conference realignment, the conference will look as unique as ever, and there is certainly no shortage of star power at the ball handler position.

Maryland nabbed Gillespie in the transfer portal after he spent two seasons at Belmont in the Missouri Valley conference. He averaged 17.2 points and 4.2 assists per game while shooting a preposterous 56.1% from the floor and 38.7% from beyond the arc.

With Jahmir Young no longer having eligibility remaining, the ball will be in Gillespie’s hands next season.
