An offseason of changes on the offensive side of the football led to a 34-12 win over West Virginia in Week 1 of the 2024 college football season for Penn State, and now the schedule eases up on the Nittany Lions. In Week 2, James Franklin’s team will welcome Bowling Green into Beaver Stadium with both teams at 1-0.

Bowling Green also rolled in its first action of the year, beating Fordham 41-17 with 305 rushing yards. Terion Stewart led the way with 161 yards and three touchdowns on 14 carries, but now he has to face the Penn State run defense led by sophomore linebacker Tony Rojas.

Rojas & Co. held West Virginia to just 85 yards on the ground and will look to shut down the Falcons on Saturday and get to 2-0 on the year. Penn State’s quest for a spot in the College Football Playoff continues, and let’s check out the odds for this matchup.
