His statement read:
"It has been an amazing four years, the most meaningful four years of my life. I was fortunate to go to battle with a group that accomplished so much while also earning my degree from this great university, and I wouldn't change a single moment of it.
"I want to start by thanking coach Franklin for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to represent Penn State at the highest level. Thank you to coach Smith, coach Seider, coach Drayton, and coach Walker for pushing me every day, challenging me to grow as a player and as a man, and preparing me for what's next.
"To my family, thank you for your constant love, sacrifices, and support throughout this journey. None of this would be possible without you.
"To Penn State and the greatest fans in the world, thank you for embracing me from day one and making Beaver Stadium the most special place in college football. Wearing the blue and white has been an honor I will carry with me forever.
"I will continue to pursue my dream by declaring for the 2026 NFL Draft.
"This chapter has meant everything to me, and I'm forever grateful. I'm excited for what's ahead and ready to take the next step.
"We are!"

Nicholas Singleton declares for the 2026 NFL Draft
Singleton was on track in his career for a standout 2025, senior season. However, the trajectory that the Nittany Lions went down collectively killed his potential. Still, that didn't stop him from setting records once the offense got grooving.
Over his four years, Singleton had 622 carries for 3,461 yards and 45 touchdowns. He also had 102 receptions for 987 yards and nine receiving scores. His 54 scrimmage touchdowns total is good for most scores in school history with three more than running back Saquon Barkley. His 45 rushing touchdowns is also shot him to the top of the all-time rushing touchdown list in program history, surpassing Barkley by two.
Allen joined Singleton in declaring for the 2026 NFL Draft. The second half of the running back duo made his announcement on Tuesday.
