The Nittany Lions have absolutely loaded up on offensive linemen in the 2024 recruiting class. But the addition of Liam Andrews could put this group in a class of their own.

Andrews is a 4-star recruit on both 247sports and On3 and he plays his high school football in Brookline, Massachusetts at Dexter School. He is in a league of his own when it comes down to the top interior offensive linemen in the country. He has the opportunity to be a Quenton Nelson-type prospect and would be a massive addition if Phil Trautwein and Coach Franklin can seal the deal with Andrews.

On tape, Andrews is a monster, he plays with such violence which is the mindset needed on the offensive line. He also plays on the defensive side of the ball in high school, and it’s needless to say he is equally talented on the defensive side of the ball as well.

The offensive line has been a weak point for Penn State over the years, but since the 2022 season, and with the recruiting classes that are coming over the next few years it feels like it is a strength of the Nittany Lions moving forward.
