Throughout college football recruiting, the goal for each team is to dominate your region, and especially dominate recruiting in your state. Well, Penn State football continues to do just that as 2024 ATH Quinton Martin has committed to Penn State. He chose Penn State over Ohio State and Pittsburgh.
Martin is currently rated as the #1 player in the state of Pennsylvania for the 2024 recruiting class (per 247sports). He is a 4-star prospect with a .9813 rating according to the 247Sports Composite ranking. He also is rated as the 30th overall player in the 2024 class.

Quinton Martin is listed as an athlete and his tape includes highlights playing both linebacker and running back. His team gives him the ball in open space, so jet-sweeps, screen passes, and out of the backfield. Get the ball in #25 hands and he will make a play.
James Franklin and his staff are really starting to pick up steam with the 2024 recruiting class. Just within the past few weeks they landed commitments from 3-star TE Luke Reyonolds and 4-star CB Jon Mitchell. The more players that commit to Penn State football, the more “recruiting” the 2024 class can do on social media.
It truly feels like Penn State is starting to gather additional funding on the NIL side as well. I have to imagine that is playing a role in landing some of the recent commits, which is a fantastic sign of things to come.
For Pennsylvania recruits in the 2024 class, Penn State now has the #1 player in Qutinon Martin, the #3 in OL Cooper Cousins, the #9 player CB Kenneth Woseley, and the #10 player LB Anthony Speca. The best in PA stay in PA…
