Aaron Brooks wins his third NCAA title for Penn State in the 2023 NCAA Wrestling Championships

Penn State Wrestling fans didn’t get a chance to see a lot of Aaron Brooks this year as he only took part in 10 regular season matches for the Nittany Lions.

Was he possibly dinged up during the year? Would the lack of mat time affect him later in the tournament season?

I’m going to go out on a limb and say the answers were “No” and “No” because Aaron Brooks looked great in the Big Ten Championships and he looked great in the NCAA’s.

And following his 7-2 win over UNI’s Parker Keckeisen, Brooks has claimed his third straight NCAA title.

Brooks is a phenomenal wrestler, he’s a great presence in the Penn State wrestling room, and more importantly, he’s an incredible person.

And now he adds a third NCAA trophy to his ever growing collection!

Which is further proof of Brooks’ greatness and for what Cael Sanderson and his staff have built in Happy Valley.
