The first day of the 2023 NCAA Wrestling Championships has concluded so let’s dive into what happened and how it unfolded

The day has finally arrived that every Penn State Wrestling fan has been waiting for.

It’s Sessions I and II of the 2023 NCAA Wrestling Championships and the best of the best in the nation have descended upon the Sooner State for some wrestling madness! So let’s take a look at how the No. 1 ranked Nittany Lions faired in the first full day of action as they try to capture their 10th team championship in the last 12 years.
