Penn State Football is on a little hot streak on the recruiting trail

Penn State Football added to its 2024 recruiting class again on Friday with 4-star cornerback Kenneth Woseley making the call for the Nittany Lions.

Woseley announced his decision on 247 Sports’ YouTube channel on Friday evening.

Woseley picked the Nittany Lions over Nebraska, Michigan and Rutgers. His other offers included Florida, Georgia, Miami, Ole Miss, Oregon, Tennessee and Texas A&M. Despite the national offers, this was a Big Ten affair in this recruitment.

Listed at 5-foot-11 and 170 pounds, Woseley has decent size for a corner, but will likely need to add some more weight.

Rated as the No. 33 cornerback in the 247 Sports Composite, Woseley is a big win for the Nittany Lions.

Woseley attends Imhotep Institute in Philadelphia, a school and a city that Penn State would like to have more recruiting success with. Having Woseley on board could help the Nittany Lions with future recruits from not just Imhotep, but the entire city.

The Nittany Lions should expect an improvement in cornerback recruiting considering Joey Porter Jr. is expected to go in the first round of this year’s NFL draft and Kalen King could follow him next year. Woseley is hopefully just the beginning.

With Woseley on board, Penn State Football now has commitments from three of the top 11 recruits in the state of Pennsylvania. The Nittany Lions have other in-state targets still on the board as they continue to dominate the state.

Overall, Woseley is the fourth commit in the class and the second this week, joining 4-star linebacker Kari Jackson, who committed on Tuesday. All four of Penn State’s commits are 4-stars, giving the Nittany Lions another hot start in recruiting for the third straight cycle.
