Five things I want to see out of Penn State Football in November

Continue to utilize the tight ends
Against Minnesota, Mike Yurcich incorporated the tight ends more than he had all season, and as a result, the passing game was the best it’s been all year. With so many talented members of this tight end unit, it’s tough for defenses to defend, especially when there’s more than one on the field at once.
Each tight end brings a little something different to the table, which is partly what makes them so effective.
For this offense to flourish in the final five games (if you include a bowl game) of the season–regardless of who is under center–tight end usage will be key.
I’d like for this offense to continue to utilize the tight ends a lot down the stretch of the season. Few (if any) teams in the country have as good of a tight end room top to bottom, so if you’re Penn State, you need to take advantage of that strength and use them.
