Too early to judge

When Victory Bell Rings updates this list in another two or three years, there will unfortunately be a longer list.

In 2022, the Nittany Lions had four decommits: 4-star DE Tyreese Fearbry, 4-star TE Holden Staes, 3-star Saf. Jordan Allen and 3-star OT Andre Roye.

The 2023 class has already suffered five decommitments and the cycle still has two months to go. They are: 4-star DE Tomarrion Parker, 4-star ATH Neeo Avery, 4-star QB Marcus Stokes, 3-star OL Joshua Miller and 3-star WR Yazeed Haynes.

Last time this list was updated, Mathias Barnwell was listed as a decommit in the 2023 class. He has since rejoined the Nittany Lions.

The likes of Fearbry and Parker could end up being tough to swallow, Penn State has regrouped nicely replacing the others.
