Abdul Carter

Similar to the running backs, I think much of the fanbase expected Abdul Carter to eventually turn into a star, but not this quickly. Just five games into his Penn State Football career, he is already on his way there.

For me personally, I anticipated him playing sparingly as a true freshman, contributing as a rotational piece from time to time to relieve some of the starters; but he’s played a lot, and he’s played really well.

Carter broke out against Auburn when he compiled six total tackles including a sack, a forced fumble, and a pass deflection.

His speed is legit, and he’s been flying all over the field in the early stages of his Penn State Football career.

Anticipate him continuing to see a lot of action, as they’ll need his athleticism against some of the more talented and dynamic offenses in the conference.

Abdul Carter has turned heads already, and it seems as if he has a bright future as the next face of LBU.
