The first full week of Big Ten action was a wild one full of upsets and even a coach firing.

The Big Ten saw a lot of shakeups this weekend, both on and off the field.

The story of the weekend is that Wisconsin decided to part ways with head coach Paul Chryst. The Badgers have underachieved this season, but the firing was still a shock.

On the field, Minnesota’s path to a division title got a little more difficult while the East division is starting to look like the best division in college football. The East now has three teams ranked inside the top ten of the AP Poll, with Penn State joining Ohio State and Michigan.

The matchups this upcoming week may not be as intriguing as last, but there’s never a quiet week in the Big Ten. Here’s a look at our power rankings after Week Five of the college football season.
