Penn State football will head to Auburn this Saturday for one of the biggest matchups of the week.

Penn State football has its work cut out for them this weekend with a road trip to Auburn up next for the Nittany Lions.

This is a battle of two 2-0 teams, but they’ve gotten to 2-0 in very different ways. Penn State was tested by Purdue in Week One while Auburn has faced two less than stellar programs.

Auburn has the advantage of being home and having the hostile crowd in its favor this year. The crowd played a factor in Penn State’s win last year, so the Tigers are hoping for the same on Saturday.

Both these teams have recruited well over the years, leading to two of the more talented rosters in the country. The margin of error in this game is razor thin, so the littlest talent advantage will be key in this game.

So, with that said, we’re going to breakdown each team’s roster and see who has the advantage in each phase of the game.
